Cubase is a great program to start using once you have found your way around Reason. The programs can be used together to create a very powerful production tool used by many successful producers worldwide. Retro Music is here to help and show you that Cubase is not so complicated when you know what you’re doing! This program aims to help you master the Steinberg Suite and expand your production abilities. Learn to use this program in our fully equipped recording studio and start making the tracks you have dreamed about!

- 14 lessons, 1 hour each
- 5 practice sessions in studio

- Cubase Wavelab Workshop
Once you can comfortably manage the Cubase Program, it is advisable to take the one-day Wavelab Workshop.
What this workshop covers:
- Working with audio
- Mastering a track
- Recording DJ Demos
- Creating track markers and CDs
When do workshops take place?
You can book a Wavelab workshop according to your schedule and the availability of the recording studio.
The workshops take about 4 hours

- Extra Lessons
Every student learns at a different pace, and some may require extra lessons in order to fully understand the programs they are being taught.
Retro Music offers our students extra lessons to ensure they understand everything about music production:
5 extra lessons, one hour each: R1500
- Practice Sessions
Practicing new techniques is essential to learning, but many people don’t have their own production studio at home. Each student has 5 hours of practice
time to use outside of lessons and so we offer additional studio practice sessions at an exclusive rate for our students for up to 2 weeks after the completion of the program.
5 hour studio sessions: R1000
10 hour studio sessions: R1500
