Buying and Payment terms

• Any fees that incur during shipping due to mis-information resulting from a customers typographical error or omission of information will be subsequently charged to the customer. For instance, omission of an apartment number or a typographical error on the zip code will be subject to a charge for re-delivery.
• If paying by Credit Card, the shipping address must be verifiable with the issuing bank of the card. If it is not, orders will be shipped to the billing address if it can be verified as legitimate by the issuing bank.
• There could be communication delays between us and our suppliers on certain stock items that we are un aware of that might be out of stock or have increased in price without notice to Retro Music, therefore we ask before you place an order for anything you might want on Retro Music website to email us direct on This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. • Any orders that are cancelled by the customer will incure a 15% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred for items that have shipped and the cost to have them returned to our warehouse.
• No Returns or exchanges unless product is faulty
  
• In the case we do return a product, the credit will only be applied to new products less the 15% restocking fee
